• Youth Art Workshop - Jerilderie

  Get creative these summer holidays with Murrumbidgee Council's free paint session led by the incredibly talented Isis Ronan from Tambourine Art Studio.

  Jerilderie paint sessions will be held in the Ian Gilbert Room of the Civic Hall, 33 Jerilderie St Jerilderie.

  • 10.00 am session is open for young people 6-12 years of age.(A parent/caregiver will need to stay with any children aged 8 and under)
  • 12.30 pm session is open for young people 13-24 years of age

  Light refreshments are available for participants.

  Free summer workshops have been made possible thanks to the NSW Government Summer Holiday Break Program and Murrumbidgee Council.

• Coleambally Australia Day Celebrations

  Come along and kick off the day with a scrumptious (and free!) breakfast. Australia Day Ambassador, Lyndey Milan OAM, will provide a fascinating on address on her amazing life as a food and cooking show personality. Cheer on our local champions with the Australia Day Awards.

  The pool is open from 9 am to 7 pm

• Darlington Point Australia Day Summer Break Pool Party

  Make a splash and celebrate summer with our Aussie Day Summer Break!

  Head to the pool for an awesome day out, with the giant slip and slide, awesome prizes, free sausage sizzle and the fully stocked canteen.

  Free entry to the pool, giant slip and slide and sausage sizzle.

  The pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm, with the giant slip and slide operating from 12 to 3 pm.

• Jerilderie Australia Day Celebrations & Fireworks

  The Jerilderie Australia Day Committee organise a celebratory evening at Luke Park for Australia Day and present various awards to recognise the great contributions individuals and groups make to our community.

  This years celebration includes free entry, free entertainment, free community BBQ and a night time fireworks display.

  Bring along your picnic rug or camp chair and settle in to enjoy the celebrations.
