The documents below set out the written requirements of the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) that holders of environment protection licences must follow to comply with the obligations introduced by the Protection of the Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2011 (POELA Act) to publish or make pollution monitoring data available to members of the public.

Murrumbidgee Council, as a licensee, is required to publish pollution monitoring data collected as a result of a licence condition, in accordance with Section 66 (6) of the POEO Act.
