Asset Management Plan
Asset management is the practice of providing the greatest benefits from Councils assets in the most cost effective manner.
The Asset Management Strategy details how the Asset Management Policy will be implemented and how Asset Management practices can be improved.

Community Strategic Plan
This plan is a culmination of the entire communitie's contributions and ideas obtained through the various meetings and workshops held with school children, youth, business owners and families as well as surveys sent out to ratepayers and residents.
The Community Strategic Plan was originally adopted in 2012 and has recently be reviewed for 2015.

Delivery Program and Operational Plan
The Delivery Program and Operational Plan (2015 - 2019) is prepared in accordance with the provisions of Sections 404 and 405 of the Local Government Act 1993 and contain the following:

Long Term Financial Plan
The Long Term Financial Plan is necessary under the Integrated Planning and Reporting requirements.
It incorporates the proposed 10 year income and expenditure statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
The Resourcing Strategy and Asset Management Plans should be incorporated in the Long Term Financial Plan, however these documents are still currently under review.
The Long Term Financial Plan encompasses the objectives of the Community Strategic Plan within the constraints of our financial resourcing. Whilst this is a ten year plan, it will be updated each year when considering the operational plan and reviewed every four years in line with the
community strategic plan and ensuing delivery program.

Workforce Strategic Plan
The Workforce Strategic Plan is necessary under the Integrated Planning and Reporting requirements as part of Councils Long Term Financial Plan which was adopted at the June Council meeting.
Strategic workforce planning is an important aspect in the long term planning for Council. It's critical to ensure that there are sufficient people to carry out Council's roles - that the right people are in the right place at the right time to build a strong, interconnected and sustainable organisation.
In 2009, the NSW Government introduced legislation requiring all councils to implement a new strategic planning framework known as Integrated Planning and Reporting. The Integrated Planning and Reporting documents are updated annually and can be viewed on this page.
