Owner-Builders

An owner-builder is an individual authorised to do owner-builder work under a permit issued by NSW Fair Trading for any work (including supervision and coordination) involved in the construction of, or alterations, repairs or additions to, a dwelling where the cost (including labour and materials) exceeds $10,000.
