Development Contributions Plan

Council's Development Contributions Plan applies to all land within the Local Government Area of Murrumbidgee.

The primary purpose of the Development Contributions Plan is to:

authorise conditions on certain development consents and complying development certificates requiring the payment of a levy
assist us to provide the appropriate public facilities that are required to maintain and enhance amenity and service delivery within the Council area
publicly identify the purposes for which the levies are required; and
ensure Council’s management of levies complies with relevant legislation, guidelines and practice notes.
