State of the region id annual economic dataset presentation

Katrina Houghton, from .id, will be joining us to provide the annual State of the Region’s economic dataset, which is an overview of the economic changes that have occurred in our area between 2023 and 2024.

This will include changes to local jobs, gross regional product, as well as a breakdown of industry changes. This release will allow us to review our local economic conditions and answer the question – ‘Where are we now?’

This national dataset, released annually, provides economic and employment data for every Local Government Authority (LGA) in Australia, including Murrumbidgee Council.

With the economic disruption over the last few years, and the release of census data, this dataset will be another one of .id’s most significant releases as local economies work towards recovery.
