Pay your rates or water bill

Here are the ways you can pay your rates.

B-pay

Register with your bank to make your payment by phone or internet using your cheque, savings or credit card account.

The biller code to use is 4655. You will find the unique reference numbers on your rates and water notices.

In person or by mail

Late payments

If you do not pay on or before the due date and you do not organise a payment plan with us, you may be charged interest on the outstanding amount. Interest rates are set annually.

We may also begin recovery action against you, which could eventually lead to a public auction of your property.
