Road opening permit

If you are planning to excavate a public road, footpath or nature strip, you will need to complete the an application for a Road Opening Permit. 

If you need to install a pipe under the road as part of your works, you also need to fill out an Agreement for Water Pipeline in or/and under a road. This section is included in the form.
