As required under the Local Government Act 1993, section 715, notice is given to the person(s)/entity named in column (a) of the table below that the Murrumbidgee Council has resolved, as authorised under that Act, section 713, to sell the lands described in column (b) of the table, which the person(s)/entity named appear(s) to own or have an interest in and on which the amount of rates and charges stated in columns (c) and (d) of the table below remain unpaid as at 30 June 2025.
The land described in column (b) above will be offered for sale by public auction on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 11:00 am at Murrumbidgee Council Office, 35 Jerilderie Street, Jerilderie NSW 2716 if the rateable person/entity—
(a) does not pay the Murrumbidgee Council the amount stated in column (e) above plus any other rates and charges (including extra charges) becoming due and payable after publication of this notice, or
(b) does not make arrangements satisfactory to the council for payment of all overdue rates and charges.
The auction will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at Murrumbidgee Council's Jerilderie Office, 35 Jerilderie Street, NSW 2716. Please note - this date has changed from what was previously advertised. The auctioneer is Elders Deniliquin.
