Disclosures of interest

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) and Regulations 2018, we must publish the disclosure of interest returns submitted by Councillors and designated persons on our website. Designated persons include staff and members of the Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC).

Following Guideline 1 from the Information and Privacy Commission, the Council has assessed each return through a Public Interest Test. Any sensitive information, such as residential addresses or signatures, has been redacted if there is a strong public interest reason not to disclose it.
