Public invitations to tender for a project may be advertised via either this page on our website or via the Tenderlink portal.

When there is not enough information available about the supply market's ability to provide the goods or services required, an Expression of Interest (EOI) process is used. This process involves multiple stages, starting with the EOI stage and followed by an invited offer process. The first stage, which is the EOI stage, is usually advertised publicly. After the completion of the first stage, a shortlist of successful respondents may be invited to provide further offers.
